Job Description:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords)
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns including Lead Generation. 
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all digital channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and engaging content.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
